Building Pipe Insulation Glass Wool Shell
Posted by:Yolanda Date:30.Apr.2020
The main production process of glass wool produced by centrifugal spinning method is to melt the mixture of various raw materials into glass liquid in a certain proportion. The glass liquid forms a stable liquid flow through the front furnace platinum metal plate, and then flows to the high belt rotating centrifuge with small holes on the side wall by spinning silk wool. Under the action of centrifugal force, the glass liquid is thrown into primary fiber. After that, under the action of high-speed ejected mixed gas, the primary fiber is pulled into glass fiber. When the glass fiber falls on the cotton collecting net belt, it sprays binder, and then forms certain specifications of products through compaction, solidification, cross cutting and longitudinal cutting. After that, it is compressed and packed and put into storage.
Centrifugal glass wool pipe shell is specially used for insulation of all kinds of pipes (including: freezing, hot water, steam) system. It can work normally under the environment temperature of - 4 ℃ - 454 ℃, and can be exposed or concealed. Because the pipe sleeve of this material has the characteristics of waterproof, antiseptic, mildew free and insect free, it can effectively prevent the condensation and freezing of the pipe, and is widely used in the heat preservation of civil buildings, heating pipes, air conditioners and refrigeration equipment. Heat insulation, energy saving effect can be increased by 15-30%.
Superfine centrifugal glass wool pipe: the surface of the heat preservation material solidified into a pipe can be pasted with aluminum foil. The product is made of superfine glass wool with resin adhesive heating, moisture-proof and radiation proof.
Technical index of superfine centrifugal glass wool pipe: thermal conductivity of superfine centrifugal glass wool pipe: 0.035w/m.k
Service temperature of superfine centrifugal glass wool pipe: - 120 ℃ - 400 ℃
Superfine centrifugal glass wool pipe product specification: Superfine centrifugal
