Ceramic fibre profiled parts are special-shaped products that meet the specific production links of some industrial departments. Each product is made according to its shape and size. Different binders and additives are selected according to the performance requirements of the products to meet the use requirements.
All special-shaped products have low shrinkage in the range of their service temperature, and maintain the characteristics of high heat insulation, light weight and impact resistance.
Unheated materials can easily be cut or machined. In use, the product has good wear resistance and peeling resistance, and is not wetted by most molten metals.
Shape and supply
Vacuum forming profiled products can have a variety of sizes and shapes, including tubular, conical, dome and square box.
