1. Do a good job in insulation material selection and control
Control the quality of materials such as polymer mortar, external wall rock wool board and anchor bolts in the building exterior wall insulation system. The adhesive should be scientifically matched to ensure the polymer content and supporting additives; the quality of the insulation board should be qualified, and the goods of selected high-quality rock wool board manufacturers should be strengthened for rock wool, XPS board, PU board, etc., such as rock The cotton board should be strengthened with anchor bolts, and the XPS board should be brushed with an interface agent to improve adhesion and so on. When selecting the anchor bolt, the type of anchor bolt and the anchor bolt depth should be selected according to the type of the base wall to ensure the anchoring force requirement is met, the anchoring force of the anchor bolt is prevented from failing, and the anchoring effect is not achieved.
2. Reasonable design of wall insulation system
The wall thermal insulation project is a systematic project, the matching of each structural layer should be considered in the design, anchor bolts should be designed to reinforce the materials with low strength or poor cohesion, and the cohesion ratio of the rock wool board of the external wall should be improved; the exterior decoration should be matched with the thermal insulation system, the coating system with good permeability should be designed, the flexible face brick should be adopted in the design of the face brick, and the separation joint should be reasonably designed.
3. Strengthen construction control
As a weak link in the quality control of building wall insulation engineering, the construction should check the acceptance of the base wall to ensure that the tensile bond strength of the base layer meets the requirements of the specification, the flatness of the wall is within the controllable range, and there is no space. Drum, powdering, oil stains, etc. affect the pasting phenomenon; construction technology control needs to be strengthened during thermal insulation construction
