Is ceramic Fibre Waterproof？

What we usually call ceramic fiber products include ceramic fiber blankets, ceramic fiber boards, ceramic fiber papers, ceramic fiber modules, etc. They have good thermal insulation properties, so are they waterproof?
Ceramic fiber blankets and ceramic fiber boards are not waterproof. Ceramic fiber paper is said to be paper, but in fact it is relatively dense, but it is still cotton-like, it is permeable to water, and it can play a certain waterproof effect. Ceramic fiber paper is made by ceramic fiber spraying technology, which is degassed under vacuum by washing and increasing the binder. It has high strength, good flexibility, and excellent machinability. It is an ideal material for heat insulation, heat preservation and sealing under high temperature environment. In addition, ceramic fiber paper has the following properties:
Fire Resistant: Remains in full shape and size after a fire.
High temperature resistance: There are two types of temperature resistance: 1260 and 1400 °C.
Heat insulation: It can effectively prevent or slow down heat transfer, and the thermal conductivity at 800°C can be as low as 0.12w/(m.k).
Insulation: Inorganic silicate material, non-conductive at high temperature.
Sound insulation: high noise reduction coefficient.
Sealing: It has certain elasticity and can be used for high temperature sealing.
