Overview of mesh belt furnace
High temperature mesh belt heat treatment furnace is generally protected by the muffle net parts to achieve continuous transmission of the furnace sintering furnace. The whole set of equipment consists of three parts of furnace body, net belt drive system and temperature control system. The furnace body consists of feed section, preheating section, sintering section, slow cooling section, water cooling section and discharge section. The high temperature net belt heat treatment furnace is made of welded steel and steel plate. The furnace shell is made of lightweight foam refractory brick and aluminum silicate refractory fiber into the through-type furnace to reduce the heat storage capacity of the lining.
